Eurosong.be is de website van de vzw Euro-music. Het doel van de website is de Belgische en internationale media en andere geïnteresseerden te voorzien van nieuws en informatie aangaande het Eurovisiesongfestival.

Eurosong.be biedt, geheel volgens het eurovisiereglement, de liedjes die aan het Eurovisiesongfestival deelnemen on line aan op haar website. Alle audiobestanden, inclusief MP3′s, zijn enkel beschikbaar ter promotie van de inzendingen en het festival als geheel en blijven de volledige eigendom van de rechthebbenden (componisten, auteurs, uitvoerders en/of platenmaatschappijen).

Bezoekers mogen de inhoud van deze site, of delen er van, op geen enkele manier gebruiken, aanpassen, kopiëren, uitzenden, doorzenden of tentoonstellen, tenzij met de uitdrukkelijke toestemming van de rechthebbenden van de bestanden of teksten in kwestie. Alle foto’s en liedjesteksten van de artiesten vallen onder het auteursrecht van de oorspronkelijke eigenaars. Eurosong.be garandeert de onmiddellijke verwijdering van materiaal op vraag van de rechthebbende in kwestie.

Eurosong.be is niet verantwoordelijk voor mogelijke schade of verlies, direct of indirect veroorzaakt door een bezoek aan deze website. Eurosong.be is niet verantwoordelijk voor de meningen van bezoekers van deze website op het Forum of op andere pagina’s van deze website en behoudt zich het recht toe zonder verklaring bepaalde bijdragen te verwijderen.

Eurosong.be is nooit verantwoordelijk voor transacties tussen bezoekers en on line winkels waarnaar gelinkt wordt in de songfestivalshop. De links zijn enkel aanwezig ter informatie.
